He emphasized that he does not need to release new music to remain relevant in the music industry, claiming that his current songs continue to dominate club playlists.

Additionally, Davido commented on a recent celebrity boxing tournament in Nigeria, describing it as a welcome development. He recalled a controversial match where popular streamer EF defeated Portable, who alleged unfair treatment during the bout.

The match ended with a unanimous decision from three judges, scoring the contest 27-30 in favor of EF over three rounds.
