Oyo APC Submits Final National Assembly Candidates List

The Oyo State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has announced the final list of candidates submitted for the National Assembly elections, confirming that the list was uploaded to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) portal. The statement, issued by Olawal Sadar from the party's public secretariat in Ibadan, emphasized that the list reflects the outcomes of the party's primary elections conducted in May.

The candidates include Yunu Akintunde and Aderemi Oseni for the Oyo Central senatorial district, and Hannah Ogunesan for Oyo South. For the House of Representatives, nominees include Akeem Adeyemi, Segun Odebunmi, and Tajudeen Abisodun Kareem, among others.

The party cautioned against misleading claims on social media regarding candidacy and reiterated that the nomination window has closed, urging individuals to refrain from pursuing candidacy under the APC, as this could lead to consequences.
