Super Falcons Prepare for Friendly Against Senegal

The Super Falcons' camp in Ikenne is bustling with a full roster as they prepare for a two-leg friendly against Senegal. The Senegalese team arrived on Tuesday night, and the first match is set for Friday at 4 PM at the Remo Star Sport Complex.

Head coach Justin Madugu has selected a squad that includes experienced players like Asisat Oshoala, Francisca Ordega, and Ngozi Okobi, alongside younger talents such as Chiamaka Nnadozi and Rasheedat Ajibade. The team is gearing up for the Women's Africa Cup of Nations, which will take place from July 25 to August 16 in Morocco, serving as a qualifier for the next FIFA Women’s World Cup.

The Super Falcons aim to extend their record to an 11th title, competing against teams like Egypt, Zambia, and Malawi in Group C. The squad features players from various international clubs, including Comfort Erhabor from Portsmouth and Josephin Matthia from Bnot Netanya.
