Survivor Shares Experience from Enugu Air Incident

Chinedu, a rapper and content creator known as Triple Pin, shared his emotional account of surviving an Enugu Air aircraft incident that occurred on Thursday at Benin Airport. The aircraft, operating as Flight 4264 with registration 5N-ENR, was landing from Lagos when it overran the end of Runway 05 at approximately 3:10 p.m. local time.

Triple Pin described the heavy rainfall that affected visibility during the flight, expressing concern about the pilot's navigation. He recounted how the aircraft circled before losing control and heading towards the bush, causing panic among passengers.

Fortunately, no injuries were reported, and the aircraft did not catch fire, which Triple Pin attributed to the rain. The Nigerian Safety Investigation Bureau (NSIB) has commenced an investigation into the incident, with its Go Team arriving at the scene to gather evidence and interview the crew.

Capt. Alex Badeh Jr., the Director-General of NSIB, confirmed that all 63 passengers and 5 crew members were safely accounted for.
