Taraba Civil Service Recruitment: 1,800 Positions Open

Dr. Hamidu Ahm Kara, the Head of the Taraba State Civil Service, called on casual workers across Taraba State to apply for an ongoing recruitment exercise aimed at filling 1,800 qualified positions within the state civil service.

This initiative follows the approval from Governor Agbu Kefa to enhance the state's public service workforce. Dr.

Kara made this appeal on Friday during a meeting with a delegation from the Ministry of Waste Management Resources, led by Bernard Shonz. He commended the ministry's leadership for its collaborative approach and emphasized that only formal applications would be considered in the recruitment process.

Dr. Kara assured the delegation that the civil service would carefully review the official memorandum presented and take prompt steps to address administrative issues highlighted during the meeting.

He also praised the open-door policy of his office and reiterated the commitment to ongoing civil service reform in Taraba State.
