Taraba State Governor has directed the immediate deboarding of students in both public and private secondary schools in the state due to the increasing insecurity and mass abductions happening nationwide. The decision was made to safeguard the lives of students and prevent security breaches.

This action comes amidst heightened nationwide anxiety over school safety, especially after recent incidents of terrorist attacks and abductions in schools in Niger and Kebbi states. The Commission of Education, led by Dr.
