Taylor Swift's Beverly Hills Estate Listed for $7.995 Million

Taylor Swift's former Beverly Hills estate, known as the Pillsbury Estate, is currently listed for $7,995,000. Swift acquired the property in 2011 and wrote her acclaimed album 1989 there.

The estate spans 1.5 acres and includes a four-bedroom, five-bathroom main residence, a one-bedroom guest house, a motor court for eight cars, and a pickleball court. Fashion designer Nicolas Bijan and interior designer Roxy Bijan purchased the estate from Swift in an off-market deal in 2018.

They have made significant renovations, modernizing the home while preserving its historic character, which was recognized by Architectural Digest in 2021. The Bijans married at the estate in 2020 and have two children.

A notable feature of the garden is an olive tree planted by Swift's former boyfriend, DJ Calvin Harris, which remains surrounded by Roxy Bijan's hot-pink roses, serving as a reminder of Swift's time at the property.
