Monarchs Thank Governor for APC Guber Ticket in Kwara North

Traditional rulers across the Kwara North Senatorial District visited Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq to express their gratitude for ceding the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship ticket to Hon. Salihu Yakubu Danladi for the 2027 general elections.

The delegation, led by Etsu Patigi Alhaji Ibrahim Umar Bologi II, conveyed their appreciation to President Bola Tinubu and the governor for their roles in ensuring that Kwara North had a candidate. The visit underscored the importance of unity in the region and the need for equitable leadership rotation.

Governor AbdulRazaq highlighted various development projects in Kwara North, including road infrastructure, healthcare facilities, and electrification projects, and urged the traditional rulers to mobilize their communities to support Danladi's candidacy. The monarchs expressed confidence that the people of Kwara North would seize the opportunity to vote overwhelmingly in favor of Danladi, emphasizing the significance of fair leadership practices for the region's development.
