The Initiates Plc Board Meeting: Q3 2026 Financials on Agenda

The Initiates Plc, a Port Harcourt-based waste management and industrial cleaning company listed on the Nigerian Exchange Limited, has notified the market of its upcoming 61st Board of Directors meeting. The meeting is scheduled to hold physically on Friday, 30th October 2026, at 10:00am.

Items on the agenda include the company's transformation strategy, the Audit Committee report, and the adoption and approval of the unaudited financial statements for the third quarter ended 30th September 2026. The board will also review the management report.

In line with NGX post-listing requirements, the company declared a closed period for trading in its shares, effective from 1st October 2026. The closed period will remain in force until 24 hours after the Q3 2026 unaudited financial statements are announced to the market. During this period, no insider or connected person is permitted to deal directly or indirectly in the securities of The Initiates Plc.
