Nenadi Usman Accuses Julius Abur's Faction of Attempted Invasion in Labour Party Clash

Nenadi Usman, the Special Adviser to the Interim National Chairman of the Labour Party, accused Julius Abur's faction of trying to invade their party headquarters at night. Ken Asogwa, representing Usman, slammed Abur's faction, labeling the invasion as the work of hoodlums.

The clash stems from accusations and counter-accusations between the factions regarding the invasion of the party's secretariat. The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) had earlier recognized Nenadi Usman as the legitimate Labour Party Chairman following a Federal High Court judgment on January 30, 2026.
