Baba Dee Slams Corruption in Lagos Train System, Calls It "Daylight Robbery"

Nigerian filmmaker Baba Dee, also known as Dare Fasasi, expressed outrage over corruption in the Lagos train system, labeling it as "daylight robbery dressed as public service." He cited his recent experience of abandoning his car to use the train due to severe traffic. Fasasi criticized the system for openly collecting bank transfers into personal accounts and allowing passengers to board the train.

He warned that such practices would erode public trust and deter train patronage, emphasizing the need for proper management to prevent the system from becoming a cash machine.
