Tinubu Appoints Board Members for NCC, USPF

President Bola Tinubu has appointed board members for the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) and the Universal Service Provision Fund (USPF) under the Ministry of Communications and Digital Economy. Idris Olorunnimbe has been named Chairman of the NCC, with Dr.

Aminu Maida retaining his position as Executive Vice Executive Officer. The NCC board includes notable members such as Abraham Oshidami and Hajia Maryam Bayi.

For the USPF, Tinubu appointed Dr. Bosun Tijani as Chairman and Olorunnimbe as Vice Chairman.

Key members of the USPF board include representatives from various ministries and industry experts. The USPF was established to drive national policy objectives for universal access to information and communication technology in rural and underserved areas.
