Tinubu and Atiku Celebrate Eid Prayers in Lagos, Abuja

On Wednesday, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu joined the Muslim community in observing Eid prayers at Dodan Barracks in Lagos. He was accompanied by top government officials and political figures, including Chief of Staff and National Security Adviser, as well as former Lagos State Governor.

Tinubu's special assistant on social media, Dada Olusegun, confirmed the event through a post on social media. Meanwhile, former Vice President Atiku Abubakar attended Eid prayers at Aya Mosque in Abuja.

In his social media post, Atiku expressed gratitude to Allah for the blessings and called for unity and peace among Nigerians during the festive period. He extended Eid greetings to Muslims in Nigeria and around the world, emphasizing the importance of sacrifice and peace for the nation during this significant occasion.
