Tinubu Returns to Abuja After Eid-El-Kabir Holiday

President Bola Tinubu returned to Abuja on Tuesday, following the Eid-El-Kabir holiday in Lagos. His presidential aircraft, Nigeria Air Force 1, landed at Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport at 5:17 PM.

Upon arrival, he was received by Federal Capital Territory Minister Nyesom Wike, Chief of Staff Femi Gbajabiamila, National Security Adviser Nuhu Ribadu, and Inspector General of Police Tunji Disu, among other senior government officials. During the holiday, Tinubu met with Vice President Kashim Shettima and various traditional leaders.

He also attended the Nigerian Navy's 70th anniversary at Eko Atlantic City, where he inaugurated three naval vessels: NN Oloibiri, NN Mambila, and NN Gurara. Additionally, Tinubu participated in the APC primary elections for the state House of Assembly and House of Representatives in Lagos, where he received overwhelming endorsements from approximately 11 million voters nationwide.
