Tinubu Supports FCTA's TSA Exit, Praises Wike's Projects

President Bola Tinubu endorsed the Federal Capital Territory Administration's (FCTA) decision to exit the Treasury Single Account (TSA), commending Minister Nyesom Wike for his efforts on various infrastructure projects in Abuja. Tinubu stated that the move would provide financial flexibility and accelerate the execution of projects aimed at transforming Abuja into a world-class capital.

He dismissed claims that the executive branch was interfering with the judiciary, asserting that such investments are part of the executive's constitutional responsibilities. During the commissioning of a new office annex and staff quarters for the Nigerian Law School in Bwari, Abuja, Tinubu highlighted the importance of quality facilities for training legal professionals.

He noted that Wike's mandate has led to significant infrastructure development and urban renewal in the FCT over the past three years. The president also mentioned ongoing projects across the justice sector, including the construction of courts and residential quarters for judges.
