Tinubu Leads Fight Against Insecurity and Drives Economic Growth at NEC Conference

Bola Ahmed Tinubu, a prominent Nigerian politician, declared a war on insecurity and emphasized the need to crush terrorism and banditry to pave the way for Nigeria's economic growth at the National Economic Council (NEC) conference in Abuja. The conference, attended by state governors, federal officials, and development partners, aimed to shape a development plan for Nigeria from 2026 to 2030.

Tinubu stressed the importance of strengthening the country's security architecture, restoring investor confidence, and implementing grassroots policies for inclusive growth. Vice President Kashim Shettima, chair of the NEC, highlighted the necessity of coordinating economic plans between the federal and state governments to achieve fiscal stability and investment expansion.
