Tinubu Appoints Ade Omole as APC Diaspora Mobilisation Head

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has appointed Ade Omole as Deputy Director, Diaspora Mobilisation I of the All Progressives Congress (APC) as the party gears up for the 2027 presidential election. Omole, recognized as the "Face of the Nigerian Diaspora," is an ICT executive, legal professional, and public affairs strategist.

He confirmed his appointment in a statement on Saturday, August 22, via the verified X (formerly Twitter) account of Renewed Hope United Kingdom, expressing gratitude to Tinubu and a commitment to serve with humility and duty. Omole previously served as Director of the Diaspora Directorate of the APC Presidential Campaign Council during the 2022/2023 presidential campaign, where he collaborated with party members and Nigerians abroad to support Tinubu's candidacy.

He emphasized the importance of maintaining strong ties with the diaspora beyond election cycles and aims to improve the APC's mobilization strategies for 2027, focusing on clearer communication and organized diaspora structures. Omole also acknowledged the support from the leadership and Director-General of the Presidential Campaign Council, Senator Abdul'aziz Yari Abubakar.
