Dafinone Praises Tinubu's Achievements for Nigeria's Growth

Senator Ede Dafinone, representing Delta Central Senatorial District, asserted that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has achieved more in addressing Nigeria's challenges than past presidents over the last 16 years. Speaking on Saturday in Ughelli, Delta State, during a consultation meeting with youth leaders from 250 communities, Dafinone supported Tinubu's tough economic policies, acknowledging the hardships they have caused but emphasizing their necessity for long-term economic recovery.

He expressed confidence that these policies would yield positive results and urged patience among Nigerians. Dafinone praised both Tinubu and Delta State governor Sheriff Oborevwori for their commendable performance, advocating for political continuity and cooperation to sustain development.

He called on youth leaders to support APC candidates in the upcoming 2027 elections, arguing that alignment between federal and state governments would enhance infrastructure and employment opportunities for Urhobo communities. Dafinone also appealed for re-election, stating that his experience would help attract more federal projects and development initiatives to Delta Central.
