Tinubu's Performance Justifies Second Term, Says Presidency

The Presidency, represented by Tund Rahman, Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, asserted that President Bola Tinubu has performed well enough to warrant re-election in 2027. Rahman cited the impact of Tinubu's economic reforms and visible infrastructure projects across Nigeria, particularly in Kogi State.

During a tour of Kogi West, Rahman noted the government's interventions in various sectors, including healthcare and road infrastructure, which have already covered eight of the 21 local government areas in Kogi State. He praised Governor Usman Ododo for his humble and fair leadership, which reflects in the quality of projects undertaken.

The Kogi State Government, through Kingsley Fanwo, announced the commissioning of a model science secondary school aimed at improving public education and reversing the trend of parents opting for private schools. Additionally, a multi-layer security architecture has been established to ensure the safety of students and staff in schools.
