Tinubu Wins Zamfara APC Presidential Primary with 321,579 Votes

Bola Tinubu emerged as the winner of the APC presidential primary in Zamfara State, securing 321,579 votes. The announcement was made by the Chief Returning Officer, Governor Dauda Lawal, on Saturday in Gusau.

Tinubu's main opponent, Stanlei Osifor, received only 42 votes. The total number of registered APC members in the state was 365,796, with 322,435 accredited voters participating in the exercise, resulting in a total of 321,620 votes cast.

Lawal highlighted Tinubu's significant support across the state, as reflected in the results from the 14 local government areas. The results were transmitted to the APC national headquarters in Abuja for further necessary action.

The exercise was monitored by a team led by Dr. Mahmud Isah from the Independent National Electoral Commission, and the event was attended by various party representatives, including Senator Ikra Aliyu Bilbi and Sahabi Ya'u.
