Tinubu to Launch APC Campaign Council on October 14

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu is set to inaugurate the All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential Campaign Council on October 14 at the Banquet Hall of the Presidential Villa in Abuja. The council will include significant party figures such as former Zamfara State Governor Abdulaziz Yari, Imo State Governor Hope Uzodimma, and Dr Betta Edu.

Yari, who is the Director-General of the APC Presidential Campaign Council, announced the inauguration after a meeting with the President. He confirmed that Tinubu has approved the campaign timetable, which will commence with a rally in Kaduna on October 24, followed by events in Port Harcourt and Maiduguri.

In preparation for the campaign, First Lady Sen. Oluremi Tinubu, alongside Dr Betta Edu and her team, has initiated grassroots mobilization targeting 40 million women’s votes for the Tinubu-Shettima ticket. This initiative aims to enhance the party's engagement with women through community outreach and communication of the administration's Renewed Hope Agenda 2.0.
