Adebayo Critiques Tinubu's Administration, Eyes 2027 Run

Adewole Adebayo, a prominent figure in the Social Democratic Party (SDP), has labeled President Bola Tinubu's administration as a "historic disaster," emphasizing the need for a significant political shift in Nigeria ahead of the 2027 general elections. In an interview, Adebayo stated that he is fully prepared to lead the country towards better governance if given the opportunity.

He criticized the current administration's handling of governance and called for reforms in the electoral process, arguing that the existing laws do not create a fair playing field for political parties. Adebayo rejected the idea of forming alliances with other political figures, asserting that the SDP represents a credible alternative committed to honesty and accountability.

He also highlighted the importance of grassroots support and urged Nigerians to actively participate in the electoral process to ensure free and fair elections. Adebayo identified three key reasons for considering Tinubu as one of the worst presidents, including the adverse impact of poor governance, incompetence, and the mismanagement of public funds.
