Tottenham Hotspur Fined €30,000 for Fan Racism

Tottenham Hotspur has been fined €30,000 (approximately £35,000) by UEFA due to incidents of racist or discriminatory behavior by fans during a Champions League match against Eintracht Frankfurt. This match, which ended in a 2-0 victory for Tottenham, took place in January.

UEFA has indicated that if Tottenham experiences similar incidents within a probationary period of one year, the club could face a suspension from matches and restrictions on ticket sales for away games in European competitions. Tottenham is set to face Atletico Madrid in the last 16 of the Champions League next month.
