Train Driver Charged After Deadly Bangkok Collision

On a Saturday afternoon in Bangkok, a freight train collided with a bus at a level crossing, leading to the deaths of eight people and injuring 30 others, with 17 hospitalized. Urumporn Koondejsumrit, the chief of the local police station, confirmed that the train driver has been charged with reckless driving and negligence causing injury and death.
