Transnational Corporation Plc Declares 40k Interim Dividend

Transnational Corporation Plc (TRANSCORP) has announced an interim dividend of forty kobo (₦0.40) per ordinary share for the half-year period ended 30 June 2026, subject to applicable withholding tax deductions and requisite approval.

Shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at the close of business on Thursday, 23 July 2026 will qualify for the dividend. The Register of Shareholders will be closed from Friday, 24 July 2026 to Monday, 27 July 2026, both days inclusive.

Payment is scheduled for Tuesday, 28 July 2026, and will be made electronically to qualifying shareholders who have completed e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar, Africa Prudential Plc, to pay directly into their bank accounts.

Shareholders who have not yet completed e-dividend registration are directed to fill the e-Dividend Mandate Activation Form via the NIBSS Document Management Hub Portal or download it from www.africaprudential.com.
