Transcorp Power Reports N54.99bn Profit for H1 2026

Transcorp Power Plc announced its unaudited financial results for the half-year ending June 30, 2026, reporting a profit before tax of N54.99 billion, down from N58.73 billion for the same period in 2025. The company, a subsidiary of Transnational Corporation Plc, declared a profit after tax of N38.5 billion for H1 2026, compared to N44.05 billion in H1 2025.

An interim dividend of N1.50 per ordinary share will be paid to shareholders, subject to appropriate withholding tax deductions, with payment scheduled for shareholders registered by July 20, 2026. Transcorp Power's total assets increased to N619.02 billion in H1 2026 from N563.48 billion reported on December 31, 2025.
