Transcorp Group Achieves Record FY 2025 Financial Results

Transcorp Group announced its financial results for FY 2025, showcasing a remarkable 33% increase in revenue, totaling ₦544 billion, compared to ₦408 billion in 2024. Profit before tax also saw a significant rise of 31%, reaching ₦179.5 billion, up from ₦136.7 billion the previous year.

The group's market capitalization grew to ₦4.78 trillion, reflecting robust growth across major indicators, with a gross profit margin of 50.5%. The power subsidiary, Transcorp Power, experienced a 38% revenue increase to ₦483.97 billion, driven by improved generation capacity.

Transcorp Hotel PLC also reported a 38% rise in revenue to ₦97.04 billion. The total assets of the company rose by 33% to ₦1.002 trillion, while shareholder funds grew by 47% to ₦353.4 billion.

The chairman, Toni O. Elumelu, emphasized the strength of the group's diversified portfolio and its commitment to Nigeria's long-term prospects.

Dr. Owen Omogiafo, the Group Chief Executive Officer, noted the achievement of crossing the ₦1 trillion asset milestone as a defining moment for the conglomerate.
