Transcorp Hotels Plc Achieves Record Revenue of N97.04bn in 2025

Transcorp Hotels Plc, a subsidiary of Transnational Corporation Plc, has announced a record revenue of N97.04 billion in 2025, representing a substantial 38% increase from the previous year's N70.13 billion. The company's financial report, filed with the Nigerian Exchange Limited, highlighted the growth in revenue, attributed to robust demand for room bookings, conference services, food and beverage offerings, and ancillary services.

The gross profit margin expanded to 77%, up from 71% in the previous fiscal year. Operating profit reached N35.24 billion, a 35% increase from N26.03 billion in 2024, while profit before tax rose by 45% to N32.82 billion.

The company's assets grew by 14% to N159.91 billion, with equity increasing by 18% to N95.23 billion. The management, led by Mr.

Uzoamaka Oshogw, expressed satisfaction with the company's performance and emphasized a continued focus on operational excellence, business growth, and exploring new revenue streams to create long-term value.
