Transcorp Power Plc (TRANSPOWER) disclosed via a corporate action filing dated October 23, 2026, that its Board of Directors considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Statements for the third quarter of 2026, covering the period ended September 30, 2026.
The company stated that the approved statements were filed with the Nigerian Exchange Limited on the same day, Friday, October 23, 2026. The notification was issued by Group Company Secretary Atinuke Kolade, acting by the order of the Board.
