Ex-Inter Milan Striker Criticizes Treatment of Atalanta's Lookman in Summer Transfer Saga

Former Inter Milan striker Nicola Ventola criticized the treatment of Atalanta forward Ademola Lookman, stating that promises were not fulfilled during the summer transfer window. Lookman, who failed to join Inter Milan from Atalanta, submitted a transfer request and eventually stayed in Bergamo.

The 27-year-old Lookman later joined RB Leipzig in 2022 after helping Atalanta and other clubs achieve success in the UEFA Europa League.
