Rangers Target Ryan Alebiosu for Summer Transfer

Rangers are lining up a move for Super Eagles defender Ryan Alebiosu, who currently plays for Blackburn Rovers. The 24-year-old had a notable performance during the 2025/26 campaign, contributing five goals and assists across 41 league appearances.

Blackburn Rovers, who signed Alebiosu from Belgian Pro League outfit Kortrijk, had previously turned down a €3 million offer from Serie A club Genoa for the right-back in January. However, they are reportedly open to entertaining offers in the range of €3 million to €5 million for Alebiosu this time around.

Rangers are seeking to replace former defender James Tavernier, indicating a strategic move to strengthen their squad.
