Turkish football analyst Zeki Uzundurukan disclosed that José Mourinho, who was appointed as the new manager of Real Madrid last month, is keen on signing defender Davinson Sanchez from Galatasaray. Uzundurukan mentioned this during an appearance on the Libero TV YouTube channel.

Mourinho aims to strengthen his squad ahead of the next season and has identified Sanchez as a potential addition to the central defense. The reported transfer fee for Sanchez is around 20 million euros.

However, Galatasaray is hesitant to disrupt their defensive partnership, which could complicate the potential transfer. Mourinho has already made moves to bolster his defense by signing Marc Cucurella from Chelsea and Ibrahima Konaté from Liverpool.
