Dr. Moham Goje Takes Office as Yobe State SSG

Dr. Moham Goje has formally assumed the position of Secretary to the State Government (SSG) of Yobe State.

The handover ceremony took place in the SSG conference room at the Governor's office in Damaturu. The event was attended by various officials, including the Commissioner for Health and Humanitarian Affairs, who pledged full cooperation to support the new SSG in delivering government priorities.

Dr. Goje expressed deep appreciation to Governor Mai Mala Buni for the trust placed in him, describing his appointment as an honor and a call to higher service.

He committed to strengthening coordination across ministries, departments, and agencies to enhance accountability and ensure policies yield tangible results for the people of Yobe State. Dr.

Goje acknowledged the administration's achievements in security, infrastructure, education, healthcare, and agriculture, pledging to build on these gains and improve service delivery efficiency. He also paid tribute to his predecessor, Alhaji Baba Mallam Wali, for his distinguished service.
