Soludo Swears In New SSG and Key Officials in Anambra

On Wednesday, Governor Charles Soludo of Anambra State swore in Chiamaka Nnake as the new Secretary to the State Government (SSG) at a ceremony held at the Executive Council Chamber in Awka. The event, which took place at 12:47 PM, also included the swearing-in of 12 other key officials, including Ngozi Iwouno as the new Attorney General and Topechukwu Nweke as the Solicitor General.

Governor Soludo highlighted the rigorous vetting process each appointee underwent and stressed the importance of their roles in serving the people of Anambra State. He reminded the officials of the significant oath they took, urging them to remain committed to their responsibilities and to view public office as a service rather than a means for personal enrichment.

The governor also called for teamwork and collaboration among the officials to achieve the administration's objectives, while advising the people of Anambra not to place undue pressure on the new appointees.
