Odumodublvck Assault Case Trial Adjourned to 2026

The FCT High Court Life Camp Abuja has postponed the trial of Nigerian rapper Tochukwu Ojogwu, popularly known as Odumodublvck, to April 8, 2026, due to renovations in the courtroom. The civil suit was filed by Ogbogiri Okei Levi, known as Kraziec, who alleges that Odumodublvck violently assaulted him during a public event in December 2024.

Kraziec claims he was peacefully taking pictures and videos when the rapper attacked him, causing emotional distress and damage to his iPhone 15 Pro Max. In the civil suit, Kraziec seeks an order for payment of medical expenses, N2 billion in damages, and a public apology from Odumodublvck on social media platforms.

The adjournment was agreed upon by both parties' counsels, Uchenna Ojemb and Taiwo Akinsuli, to facilitate a smooth commencement of the trial when it resumes.
