Troops and CJTF Arrest Suspected Kidnapper in Borno

On March 30, at approximately 4:45 PM, troops and members of the Civilian Joint Task Force (CJTF) arrested a suspected kidnapper named Chari Modu in the Benisheikh Market located in Kaga Local Government Area, Borno State. The operation was conducted following credible human intelligence.

During the arrest, security forces recovered an AK-47 rifle, registered under number 5657218, along with a magazine containing four rounds of ammunition. The recovered items have been taken into custody for further investigation and necessary action.
