Troops in Borno Capture Terrorists, Arrest Logistics Suppliers in Intensified Offensive

In Borno, eleven terrorist fighters surrendered, eight were killed, and two insurgents were arrested as troops intensified their offensive operations. The Joint Task Force Northeast Operation Hadin Kai led the successful clearance operations in various terrorist enclaves, destroying camps and arresting logistics suppliers.

Troops also intercepted a vehicle carrying urea fertilizer, a precursor material for explosives, at the Cameroon-Nigeria border. This operation resulted in the arrest of a fertilizer dealer and the recovery of additional bags of urea fertilizer.
