Nigerian Troops Kill 15 Terrorists in Borno Clash with ISWAP Fighters

The insurgents attempted to overrun a military base, leading to a fierce gun battle that lasted for hours. Lieutenant Colonel Sani Uba confirmed the attack, highlighting the intense fight and the temporary closure of the Ngamdu-Damaturu road.

The military swiftly responded, clearing the area and reopening the route for civilian and military movement. Search operations are ongoing to track fleeing terrorists.
