Trump Rejects Iran's Supreme Leader Request Amid Tensions

Donald Trump, the former President of the United States, has turned down Iran's request to become a supreme leader, indicating that Iran is eager for a deal but is also fearful of potential military operations in the Middle East. Trump’s refusal highlights the ongoing tensions between the U.S. and Iran, with claims that the U.S. has significantly weakened Iran's military capabilities.

In response, Iran's ambassador to Pakistan dismissed these assertions, stating that friendly nations often mediate but there are no concrete engagements currently. The ambassador echoed sentiments that the current hostilities reflect Iran's military stance, which rejects Washington's claims.

Ebrahim Zolfaqari, a spokesperson for Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters, warned that the region's stability is at risk unless the U.S. alters its approach, emphasizing that Iran's military posture is a response to pre-war economic conditions and will not change without a shift in U.S. policy.
