PDP Leadership Dispute Hearing at Court of Appeal

The faction of the People's Democratic Party (PDP) led by Kabiru Tanimu Turaki attended a hearing at the Court of Appeal in Abuja concerning an ongoing leadership dispute within the party. This development was disclosed in a statement that emphasized the need for the party's officials to handle the leadership issue effectively.

Turaki was accompanied by significant PDP stakeholders, including Bauchi State Governor Bala Mohammed and Dr. Toni Aziegbemi, the Edo State Chairman, who also chairs the PDP State Chairmen Forum.

Additionally, several former members of the National Working Committee (NWC) were present. The case is set to be heard by a three-member panel at the Court of Appeal, highlighting the legal complexities surrounding the party's leadership structure.
