Junior Tuvawish Wins Win Win Golf Tournament 2026

Junior Tuvawish recently achieved a significant milestone by winning the Win Win Golf Tournament 2026, held at Kano Golf Club on October 19, 2023. Tuvawish, a 15-year-old student from Lebanon School in Kano, finished with a score of 65 net, surpassing his closest rival, Ayomid Miracl Abiodun, who scored 67 net.

In his victory speech, Tuvawish emphasized his aspiration to become a successful golfer while prioritizing his education, stating he does not want his academic journey to be truncated. The tournament also featured a golf clinic aimed at teaching children the etiquette of the game, highlighting the importance of discipline and honesty in both golf and life.

Aminu Baba, an official from PGA Nigeria, commended the event and its sponsors for discovering grassroots talent and providing opportunities for young players. The tournament attracted 112 participants from across the country, aiming to foster talent and improve the future of golf in Nigeria.
