The books aim to commemorate Governor Fubara's political trajectory and the enduring legacy of Lulu-Briggs, the founder of Moni Pulo Nigeria Limited. The release of the Lulu-Briggs volume coincides with the 96th posthumous birthday of the late businessman.

According to a formal notification from the River State government, a letter dated March 23, 2026, addressed by Governor Fubara to his Chief of Staff, discusses the forthcoming book titled "Landmark Speech: Extraordinary Letters." This book documents key moments surrounding recent political developments in River State. Similarly, Moni Pulo Nigeria Limited issued a notification on March 26, 2026, regarding the release of a commemorative volume titled "Landmark Legacy: Extraordinary Tribute," honoring High Chief Dr.

O.B. Lulu-Briggs, who passed away in 2018.
