Two Children Found Dead in Car Amid European Heatwave

In a tragic incident in Carpentras, Southern France, two children aged two and four were discovered dead in a parked car on a Monday afternoon. Emergency responders arrived shortly after a distress call at approximately 1:20 PM but were unable to revive the children, who reportedly died from cardiac arrest.

The children's 33-year-old mother had just returned from shopping when the children allegedly entered the vehicle and became trapped. Following the discovery, she was treated for severe shock.
