Over 150 Golfers Unite at TYB Ladies Weekly Kitty

The TYB Ladies Weekly Kitty tournament attracted over 150 golfers at the Tukur Yusuf Buratai International Golf Country Club (TYB IGRCC) in Abuja, focusing on unity and health awareness. The event, organized by the TYB Ladies Section, included free medical checks provided by EHA Clinic, ensuring participants' health through precautionary measures.

Dr. Lami Onayi, President of the Ladies Golf Association of Nigeria, praised the event for promoting women's participation in golf and strengthening camaraderie among female golfers.

Jumai Adamu, the newly inaugurated Ladies Captain of TYB IGRCC, expressed her delight at the turnout, describing it as the largest in the section's history. She announced improvements for the ladies' section, including the donation of two large canopies for tournaments.

The event highlighted the club's commitment to inclusivity and encouraged new golfers to engage in the sport, with support for the upcoming Africa Challenge Trophy (AACT) emphasized by various dignitaries.
