Mike Tyson and Floyd Mayweather Jr. have reportedly agreed to a tentative date for a high-profile exhibition boxing match scheduled for April 25, 2026, in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo. This location is historically significant as it hosted the famous "Rumble in the Jungle" in 1974, where Muhammad Ali defeated George Foreman.

Tyson, who is 59 years old, last fought in November 2024 against Jake Paul, losing by unanimous decision. He has not recorded a victory since 2003.

Mayweather, 48, retired from professional boxing in 2017 with an undefeated record of 50-0, having participated in multiple exhibition fights, including a recent bout against John Gotti III in August 2024. The Tyson-Mayweather matchup was initially announced in September 2025, but details have been scarce.
