UAC of Nigeria Q3 2026 Results: Revenue Up 228%, PBT ₦38bn

UAC of Nigeria PLC filed its unaudited financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended 30 September 2026 on 30 October 2026. The filing covers group revenue, profitability, cash flow, debt levels and segment performance for the period.

UAC of Nigeria PLC reported group revenue of ₦523bn for the nine months ended 30 September 2026, a 228% increase over the ₦160bn recorded in the same period of 2025. The company attributed the growth primarily to 2026 being the first full year of consolidating C.H.I. Limited into its accounts. Gross profit rose 262% to ₦143bn, while operating profit grew 344% to ₦60bn. Profit before tax reached ₦38bn, compared to ₦10bn in 9M 2025.

For Q3 2026 specifically, revenue was ₦158bn, up 221% year-on-year. The Packaged Food and Beverages segment contributed most to that growth, with its revenue rising 655%. Gross margin in Q3 expanded by 143 basis points to 24.0%. Net finance cost in Q3 was ₦8.1bn, reflecting higher borrowings following the C.H.I. acquisition.

Free cash flow for the nine-month period was ₦98.4bn, supported by a ₦33.4bn working capital release. Net debt fell by ₦62.8bn to ₦231bn over the same period. The company also disclosed agreements to sell its shareholdings in Livestock Feeds PLC and DP World Logistics Limited, subject to regulatory approvals. Basic earnings per share for 9M 2026 was 722 kobo, against 179 kobo in 9M 2025.
