Osimhen Discusses Injury and Player Reactions After Match

In a recent UEFA Champions League match at Anfield, Victor Osimhen, the Galatasaray striker, suffered a fractured right forearm following a collision with Liverpool player Ibrahima Konaté. This incident occurred just seven minutes into the return leg of the last 16, where Galatasaray entered with a slim 1-0 lead from the first leg.

Osimhen confronted Dominik Szoboszlai during the match, believing he was wasting time, which led to a heated exchange between the two players. Despite his brave attempt to continue playing, Osimhen was substituted at halftime for Leroy Sané.

Liverpool ultimately secured a 4-0 victory, with goals from Szoboszlai, Hugo Ekitike, Ryan Gravenberch, and Mohamed Salah.
