Unilever Nigeria PLC has announced an interim dividend of ₦2.00 for every ordinary share of 50 kobo each, covering the period ended 30 June 2026. The dividend is subject to deduction of appropriate withholding tax.
Shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as at the close of business on Friday, 31 July 2026 will qualify for the dividend. The Register of Shareholders will be closed from Monday, 3 August 2026 to Friday, 7 August 2026, both dates inclusive.
Payment is scheduled for Friday, 14 August 2026, and will be made electronically to shareholders who have completed e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay directly into their bank accounts. No bonus issue was declared alongside this interim dividend.
Shareholders yet to complete e-dividend registration are directed to download the E-Dividend Mandate Activation Form from Greenwich Registrars and Data Solutions Ltd.'s website at www.greenwichregistrars.com.
