United Capital Plc Declares Interim Dividend H1 2026

United Capital Plc (UCAP) has filed a corporate actions announcement dated July 24, 2026, declaring an interim dividend of ₦0.30 per 50 kobo ordinary share for the half-year period ended June 30, 2026. The dividend is subject to appropriate withholding tax and approval.

Shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on Monday, July 27, 2026, are the qualifying beneficiaries. The Register of Shareholders will be closed from July 28, 2026, to July 29, 2026, both dates inclusive.

Payment is scheduled for Thursday, July 30, 2026, and will be made electronically to shareholders who have completed e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to pay dividends directly into their bank accounts.
