Tanker Crash in Ogun State Causes Fire, Injures One and Burns Vehicles

A tanker carrying fuel in Ogun State overturned, causing a fire outbreak that led to one injury and the burning of multiple vehicles. The accident occurred due to the tanker spilling its contents after a crash attributed to speeding and loss of control by the driver.

The inferno extended to nearby vehicles and destroyed electricity cables in Mowe. While one woman sustained injuries, no fatalities were reported by the Ogun State Traffic Compliance Enforcement Agency and the Federal Road Safety Corps.

Three vehicles were burnt beyond recognition in the incident, emphasizing the dangers of road accidents involving tankers carrying flammable substances.
